The Circle of Return is a space where honesty can happen. That requires trust. And trust requires care.
These are the agreements we make together:
1. Confidentiality
What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Stories, names, details—none of it leaves the room.
2. Presence
Show up. Be on time. If you must miss a session, let Gautam know in advance. Your presence matters to the whole.
3. Honesty Over Performance
You are not here to impress. You are here to be real. Bring what is true, not what sounds good.
4. Listen Without Fixing
When someone shares, listen. Don’t advise. Don’t compare. Don’t try to solve. Just hold space.
5. Respect the Pace
Not everyone moves at the same speed. Some will go deep quickly. Others will need time. Honor both.
6. No Crosstalk
We don’t interrupt, debate, or redirect. Each person’s experience is theirs. Witness it. Don’t correct it.
7. Care for Yourself
If something feels too much, say so. You are not required to share anything you’re not ready to. Boundaries are honored.
8. Trust the Process
Some sessions will feel breakthrough. Others will feel quiet. Both matter. The work is cumulative.
These agreements create the container. Inside it, something rare becomes possible: the chance to be fully yourself, without apology, in the presence of others doing the same.
