What This Is
The Circle of Return is an intimate, six-session personal growth journey for people who are ready to meet themselves more fully.
Not to be fixed.
Not to be advised.
Not to perform their growth for an audience.
But to be witnessed. Honestly. Compassionately.
In a small circle of eight people.
Each session explores one territory of inner work. One honest question. Unhurried. Unscripted. Held with care.
This is not therapy. It is not coaching. It is not a course.
It is a space where something true can happen.
The Six Sessions
Who This Is For
This Is For You If...
- You have a growing sense that the life you are living does not entirely match the life you feel yourself capable of
- You suspect there are parts of you unexplored, unexpressed, perhaps even unknown that have not yet had the space to exist fully
- You are in a moment of honest questioning about who you are beneath the roles you play and what it would mean to live from a place more authentically your own.
- You are willing to be honest in the company of others, and to hold their honesty with the same care you hope to receive
- You are done with surface answers and ready for something that actually moves
This Is Not For You If...
- You are looking for advice, tools, or someone to tell you what to do next
- You want to be inspired rather than genuinely encountered
- You are not yet ready to look honestly inward

Begin the Return
There is a short application—not to select the most impressive candidates, but to ensure that the people who enter this circle are genuinely ready for what it asks.
There are no right answers. There is only honesty.
The Written Companion
The Circle of Return was shaped by the writing of Returning to Myself—a book by Gautam Nabar that travels the same inner territory these six sessions explore.
It is not required reading before the circle. But many participants find, after the circle opens something in them, that the book is exactly what they want to go deeper with.
